Exercise 2

The “battle of the sexes” started with Adam and Eve and it will probably continue forever. The opinion that men are superior to women has long been accepted in many cultures. Thus, the feminist movement is trying to change this view.
At the same time feminists claim that boys and girls are exactly equal at birth but become unequal because of the way they are treated by society, so feminists believe education has contributed to the gender inequality. However, recent research contradicts the view that males and females are innately alike.

【Recently】

I really miss my hometown. I want to see my family especially my mother. Sometimes my mom would call to me. I have plenty of things telling her but I don't want to chat with her through cell phone. Actually I want to chat with her in person. I know that my mom concerns about me. I try to be independent in order to let my mom doesn't worry me. My mom told me that this Thursday she will come here. I really happy and expect that she shall be come on Thursday. =D I plan to eat dinner with her and talk to her about my college life.

I have some troubles recently. Although liking to make friends, I'm really shy. I don't know how to express myself. =( In fact, I dislike my own personality. On the other hand, I learn Spanish not well. Today had a Spanish test and I did bad.

Oh, God !! Please some one tell me how to do? I need a miracle.

【University】

Since I am a college student already one month and I join two clubs which are dance club and guitar club. My college life is very busy because I attend mamy activities. On the other hand, I worry about that I can't pass all my subject, especially Spanish. I consider that Spanish is very difficult.

My college life is very busy, but it's worth.

I like my classmates. Though come from different county, we still hang out with each other. I make a friend whoses name is Cindy and I really like her, when I get along with her, I'm very happy. We have same interests which is shopping and chat. When classes are over, I go to playground paly volleyball, sometimes I go to dance club. I am fond of our school library, because there has fine environment and collect lots of books.

That's all. I'm so tired. Tomorrow must wake up very early, because we have to raise a flag. Bye, I go to take a break.
